The CACI Ministerial Body is jointly built under the headship of Jesus Christ through His emanating and indwelling Holy Spirit, thus He alone is the Unchallenged, Eternal, and ONLY Head of the Church.

The Bishop serves as a Sr. Pastor over all Congregations within his Region
The Elders serve as Congregational Site Pastors in every city,
extending the sacramental ministry of the Bishops into each Congregation.

The Ministers are nonexecutive ministerial assistants
who are appointed to diverse tasks within the Congregations.

This Council is made up of Bishops selected to serve in the office of the Apostles overseeing the direction of the CACI work worldwide.

One member of this council is selected to serve as "first among equals" (Presiding Bishop), aided by two other members to assist (as pillars) in order to handle correspondence, prepare the agenda, conduct orderly meetings, and respond to special needs between Convocations.
